Today, the management board (Vorstand) and the supervisory board (Aufsichtsrat) of Matica Technologies AG has resolved to terminate the inclusion of the Company’s securities in the Entry Standard of the Deutsche Börse AG, pursuant section 23 para. 1 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Deutsche Börse AG for the regulated Unofficial Market of the Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse. The termination itself will follow shortly.
Until the expiry of the notice period the listing will be maintained and a trade is possible.

Der Vorstand und der Aufsichtsrat der Matica Technologies AG haben am heutigen Tag beschlossen, gemäß § 23 Abs.1 der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der Deutsche Börse AG für den Freiverkehr an der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse die Einbeziehung in den Entry Standard der Deutsche Börse AG zu kündigen. Die Kündigung wird zeitnah erfolgen.
Bis zum Ablauf der Kündigungsfrist bleibt die Notierung aufrechterhalten und ein Handel ist möglich.
