Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to expand Matica footprint in Latin America payment/banking market. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth of Matica product portfolio, including card issuance systems, Banking SW, payment solution, EMV and financial card personalization technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth & Business Development
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, including resellers, financial institutions, government agencies, and enterprises.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Account Management
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
  • Support resellers and distributors with sales strategies, training, and marketing initiatives.
  • Technical & Product Expertise
  • Develop a strong understanding of Matica product portfolio and its applications.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide pre-sales and after-sales support.
  • Stay up to date with industry advancements and competitor activities.
  • Reporting & Collaboration
  • Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with marketing, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings across the region

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Mandatory banking experience, the candidate must have sold technologies (HW and /or SW) to banks
