Panoramica del Ruolo:
Il Technical Support Engineer è responsabile di garantire il corretto funzionamento e l’affidabilità dei sistemi aziendali attraverso la riparazione hardware, la manutenzione e il supporto tecnico. Attività principali:
- Riparazioni hardware sui sistemi
 - Prove e riparazioni dei componenti difettosi
 - Punto di riferimento per tutti i problemi relativi all’hardware e le richieste dei clienti
 - Field Service: installazione, manutenzione e riparazioni dei sistemi aziendali
 - Collaborazione nello sviluppo e messa a punto di istruzioni di lavoro e documentazione
 - Assistenza remota ai clienti per domande relative a installazioni, risoluzione di problemi e altre questioni tecniche correlate
 - Attività di formazione di business partners
 - FAT e SAT di sistemi presso i clienti.
 
Requisiti:
- Diploma perito tecnico/meccatronico, o equivalente specializzazione
 - Disponibilità trasferte Italia/estero
 - Esperienza nella riparazione e manutenzione hardware per sistemi
 - Esperienza in merito al pacchetto Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) e reti informatiche (LAN – Local Area Network)
 - Buona conoscenza dell’inglese parlato e scritto
 - Attitudine al problem solving e capacità di lavorare in squadra

Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for ID card printing and personalization solutions in the Middle East. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, building strong relationships with channel partners and end-users, and supporting strategic sales initiatives in both public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development:
Identify and penetrate new markets within the region, focusing on public and private sector projects requiring secure ID issuance or personalization solutions. - Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, distributors, channel partners, and end customers. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. - Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Lead negotiations and close deals with new and existing clients. - Channel Management:
Onboard, train, and manage partners and resellers. Develop joint go-to-market strategies and ensure achievement of channel targets. - Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to develop counter-strategies and identify growth opportunities. - Reporting & Forecasting:
Provide regular updates on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and market developments to senior leadership. 
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field. - Experience:
Minimum 5 years in B2B sales or business development, with at least 3 years of experience in ID card printers or related personalization/security solutions in the Middle East. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. - Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with government ID projects, access control or student ID systems is highly advantageous. - Languages:
Fluency in English & Arabic is required. - Tech Skills:
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and familiarity with technical product demos or solution-based selling.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team with an active role in design, development and maintenance of Matica`s Instant Issuance Platform. This platform includes integration with Matica hardware devices (printers), 3rdparty banking cores/processors, Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and Smart Card personalization services built using C/C++/Java and modern web technologies using the latest security standards. The ideal candidate will work with minimal supervision and have a strong understanding of Java/C/C++, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, install/deploy C/C++/Java applications and services.
 - Participate in Agile development methodologies, including using Azure DevOps for project management.
 - Participate in requirements definition, documentation and code reviews
 - Take ownership of issues and assist proactively in production escalations

Overall Job Description
The Business Development Expert (mostly Secure Identity), will support the company’s development in secure identity technologies and applications. She/he will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective Go-To-Market strategy that drives sustainable financial growth in secure identity segment through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
The BDE is expected to develop effective relationships with clients and partners to encourage new and repeat business opportunities for the Secure Identity offering.
Major Job Responsibilities
- Understand and define customer needs.
 - Actively participate with marketing and product management in the development and creation of Secure Identity products/programs/platforms; creation of demand and preference for Matica Group Secure Identity solution offerings and a broadening of group position in targeted accounts and channel partners through the sale and promotion of Secure Identity solutions.
 - Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams and acquire familiarity with R&D and Global Services areas, and interact on a regular basis with: Customers (end users), Technology partners (ISVs, vendors – namely in the secure identity space), Commercial partners (distributors, resellers), Industry players (associations, media, analysts & consultants, etc.) in order to:

Overall Job Description
The Channel Marketing position is responsible for defining and developing global programs in a multi-channel environment that support the coordination and maximization of channel partner success in selling Matica Group products and services to targeted markets. This includes definition, development, and management of Matica Group’s channel marketing programs. It also includes channel training, channel events, joint partner marketing opportunities, business development, and channel marketing deliverables including sales tools.
For the studies and planning part, the channel marketing manager should help guiding strategic marketing and sales efforts and help the management to make informed business decisions by providing valuable insights into market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
Major Job Responsibilities
- Develop overall channel marketing plan including definition, implementation, promotion, effectiveness and partners satisfaction measurement.
 - Coordination, management, administration and execution of channel programs and campaigns (e.g. MDF, Deal Registration, Partner Portal, Appreciation, etc.).
 - Coordination of Matica Group involvement in major partner events including user conferences, exhibits at industry trade events.
 - Market sensing to identify emerging channel opportunities.
